Manifesto
Computers don't think in PowerPoint. They think in HTML.
For decades, we have created digital content in formats like .docx, .pptx and .pdf. These formats were designed around the way humans create and consume documents, but they are not necessarily the formats computers are best at understanding, generating and manipulating.
AI is exposing that gap. ChatGPT and Claude can generate a PowerPoint or Word document, but the results can be surprisingly fragile: layouts don't always work, elements are misplaced, formatting gets lost, and making a small visual change often requires another round of prompting.
HTML is different. It is structured, visual and native to the browser. Every element has a defined place, style and relationship to the rest of the page. That's why AI is increasingly good at generating HTML when asked to create something visual.
But if HTML becomes the natural output format for AI, we also need a better way for humans to work with what AI creates.
That's why Visual HTML Editor exists.
We believe the future isn't about choosing between AI and traditional tools. It's about giving AI the ability to create and giving humans the simplest possible way to finish, refine and make the result their own.
AI generates the HTML. You edit it visually.
That feels like the right division of labor.
